We know tobacco is deadly. Without prevention policies, 103,000 Massachusetts kids alive today will die from smoking.
Volunteers from across the Commonwealth gathered at the Massachusetts State House on Tuesday. They spoke with their Representatives about a bill that will help prevent our youth from becoming addicted to tobacco products. These volunteers need your support!

Their ask of our Representatives is clear: Protect Massachusetts’ kids from tobacco by:
- Increasing the state wide age of sale for tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, from 18 to 21.
- Including e-cigarettes in smoke-free workplace laws.
- Preventing establishments that provide healthcare services, such as pharmacies, from selling tobacco products.

Our mission is to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. For nearly 100 years, we’ve been fighting heart disease and stroke, striving to save and improve lives. Heart disease is the No. 1 killer worldwide, and stroke ranks second globally. Even when those conditions don’t result in death, they cause disability and diminish quality of life. We want to see a world free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
