The American Heart Association presented Great Falls Marketing with the inaugural Community Heart Award this week during a ceremony at their Mill Street headquarters in Auburn. The award honors a first-time participating company with the highest fundraising level, along with management support, for the Central Maine Heart Walk which was held on September 13th. The Great Falls Marketing walk team raised $3,700 for the September 13th Heart Walk held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn.
“Our team really got behind this event,” said Steve Mondor, Chief Marketing Officer for Great Falls Marketing. “We ran several in-office events that got the staff excited about the walk. Everyone had a blast and it felt great to be supporting such an important cause”.

Our mission is to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives. For nearly 100 years, we’ve been fighting heart disease and stroke, striving to save and improve lives. Heart disease is the No. 1 killer worldwide, and stroke ranks second globally. Even when those conditions don’t result in death, they cause disability and diminish quality of life. We want to see a world free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
