To help people maintain their health through the end of the calendar year, the American Heart Association in the Upper Hudson Valley is offering a Heart-Health Reset, sponsored by Antalek & Moore Insurance Agency and Gold’s Gym.

The digital program kicks off on Nov. 15 and runs until Dec. 31.  Participants will receive:

  • Weekly digital seminars on health topics
  • Bi-weekly digital group workouts with a Gold’s Gym trainer
  • 3-month membership to Gold’s Gym
  • 2 one-on-one personal training sessions with a Gold’s Gym trainer
  • The power, resources, and tools of Go Red

“Being part of the BetterU reset my health, and taught me health habits I still carry with me,” said Susan Pagones of Antalek & Moore Insurance Agency, chair of the 2020 Dutchess-Ulster Go Red for Women movement. “Antalek & Moore is proud to offer a Heart Health Reset to women of the Hudson Valley. Because it’s digital, a lot of people can join in. It’s a great opportunity to keep our hearths healthy as we finish out this difficult year.”

“Let’s take this opportunity to not let 2020 beat us,” said Kim Kenyon of Gold’s Gym. “Gold’s Gym is proud to sponsor the Heart Health Reset and provide people with a safe way to work out. We can all be stronger together.”
