Thank You for Participating in the New Hampshire Heart Walk!

A message from our 2020 New Hampshire Heart Walk Chair, Jeff Scionti, Chief Executive Officer at Frisbie Memorial Hospital.

Thank you, New Hampshire, for supporting the American Heart Association on June 7. Whether you got your steps in around the neighborhood, biked a familiar trail, or hiked in a new park, we truly appreciate everything you do.

Though we could not be together physically to celebrate, it was great to see everyone participating virtually in the Facebook group. We saw your why, we saw how you were getting active, and we were inspired by the many survivor stories that remind us why we continue to raise funds for lifesaving research and science.

While the walk was virtual, one thing hasn’t changed – a focus on the mission and our heart and stroke survivors! These survivors are at a higher risk of complications from COVID-19. That means they need us now more than ever and we need to continue to raise the important funds necessary to fight heart disease and stroke. If you are still looking to donate, you can do so at NHHeartWalk.Org.

We know it took countless hours, time, and dedication to rally your teams and get active on June 7, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do without your support! Together, we have raised $75,000 (and counting) in support of critical research and education programs that can make a difference in our community.

Thank you again, New Hampshire, and I can’t wait to see you all at the Heart Walk next year!
