Co-CEO, Adam and Hy Schwartz of S & S Worldwide to co-chair Eastern Connecticut Heart Walk

The American Heart Association, the largest voluntary health organization fighting cardiovascular diseases, announces Adam Schwartz and Hy Schwartz, Co-CEO of S&S Worldwide, Inc. are serving as co-chairs of the Eastern Connecticut Heart Walk. The annual Heart Walk will take place at UCONN Avery Point Campus in Groton on Sunday, October 6, 2024.

As co-chairs, the Schwartz’s will lead organizational and recruitment efforts in Eastern Connecticut. Building on their company’s mission to improve lives and communities, they will call on area volunteers, survivors, and business leaders to step up to support the organization’s efforts to reduce disability and death from cardiovascular disease and stroke.

S&S Worldwide, has been family owned for over 110 years and is under the fourth-generation leadership of Co-CEO Adam and Hy Schwartz. Located in Colchester, S&S Worldwide sells arts and crafts and sporting goods products geared toward recreational, health care and educational professionals.
