It seems like just yesterday I met this amazing group of ladies to begin the BetterU challenge for 2019. I had not worked out in a gym for quite some time, other than the occasional walk on the treadmill or 30 minutes on an elliptical machine.
Working with a personal trainer was really eye opening…I knew right away that in order to get strong, and get healthy, I would follow the routine that Kristen Wilcox showed me. She made me sweat, but I kept moving and can really feel the difference!
I am one of those people who likes to see immediate results so its hard not to get on the scale every single day, expecting to see results from all my hard work. I may have lost a pound or two but more importantly, I am starting to see some overall changes in my muscle tone and that is enough to keep my going.
