Pelham Elementary School raised $15,000 for the American Heart Association through the Kids Heart Challenge program. Because they met their goal, PE teacher Mr. Bolduc was taped to the wall and had to listen to Baby Shark on repeat!
Building on key learnings from 41 years in America’s schools, the Kids Heart Challenge focuses on whole body wellness, helping students improve their own health and better their character while raising life-saving donations for the American Heart Association to help kids facing heart-health issues.
To support the physical and emotional well-being of these kids, the American Heart Association has pulled together step-by-step instructions for physical education instructors, coaches or teachers to host fun activities such as jump roping, dancing, and warrior obstacle course.
