The 31st Annual Lawyers Have Heart 10K Race, 5K Run and Walk will be a groundbreaking year – together we will raise $1.5 million for the American Heart Association! With the health and safety of our participants remaining our top priority, this year’s race will again be a digital experience. With no geographic boundaries, we will recruit colleagues, friends (four-legged too!), and family members from around the world to #RunLHH right at home, and together we will continue the fight to end heart disease and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nothing unites us like doing good together…
Lawyers Have Heart has always been about coming together, getting hearts pumping, honoring survivors, raising lifesaving funds – and having fun along the way. Registration is open to everyone and as a digital experience you can run or walk from wherever you are. This race isn’t just for the legal community, it’s a tradition on DC’s running calendar and about the many members of the legal community rallying around a cause. We are excited to announce new exciting additions to enhance your experience leading up to race weekend on June 11-13.
REGISTER HERE and join us on April 27th at 11 AM for an important conversation regarding lawyers and mental health. Depression is associated with chronic conditions that are risk factors for heart disease and stroke. Spend time with a leading expert on strategies to cope with depression and learn how you too can not only lead a healthy life, but focus on having a healthy mind! Pending CLE Credits Supported by American University Washington College of Law.
Rally day is a day of fun and focus – on recruitment and fundraising! Recruit participants to your team and have one of the 3 largest teams by the end of the day on April 28th and win amazing incentives! Healthy For Good Sponsor Harrity & Harrity LLP will also MATCH all gifts up to $50K through April 28th!
Take part in the Activity Challenge starting on May 14th and compete against other teams! The goal is to add in more activity each week. Whether you walk, run, hike or ride, your activity will count towards your team and company movement-total!
With the AHA App you can personalize your RUNLHH experience, communicate with your team, send emails, post on your social media and so much more!
