Help the American Heart Association in New Hampshire fund lifesaving research and education by attending the “Heart of the Seacoast” Heart Ball on Saturday, April 13th from 6:30 until 9:30 PM at Jimmy’s Jazz and Blues Club in Portsmouth.
The Association’s only nighttime event in New Hampshire, this annual networking and fundraising event helps to educate attendees about heart disease and stroke.
A brief speaking program will feature the event’s chairperson Dr. Christopher Lawson, cardiologist with Portsmouth Regional Hospital, local heart disease survivors sharing their stories, an update on the Association’s work in New Hampshire, and a silent auction. Three new awards will be presented to local community members to honor their commitment to heart health in New Hampshire.
The Heart of the Seacoast Heart Ball’s top local sponsors are: Service Credit Union and Executive Health & Sports Center. Thank you also to these event sponsors: CMC’s New England Heart & Vascular Institute, Cross Insurance, Portsmouth Regional Hospital, St. Mary’s Bank, New Hampshire Business Review, New Hampshire Magazine and WZID.
