For over 100 years, the American Heart Association has been at the forefront of the fight for longer, healthier lives. The Eastern States Region (CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, WV, and Washington DC) is recognizing the generous Second Century Campaign donors from our region who joined in celebration of the American Heart Association’s 100th birthday in 2024 with an online appreciation site.

The site offers recognition at three levels, including Second Century Cornerstones ($1 million and above), Second Century Supporters ($100,000 and up) and Circle of Excellence (Heart Walk team raising $100,000+).

As the American Heart Association launches its second century, we appreciate the passion and commitment of these supporters in helping eliminate heart disease and stroke, optimize brain health and ensure equitable health in every community across the country.
