Kelly, a Needham resident who had a stroke in 2019, when she was 29, is national American Heart Association Real Women spokesperson. Giglio, a lawyers and singer who had a stroke in 2014, recently shared her story and performed at the 2022 Boston Heart and Stroke Ball.
