Four of us were able to participate in the YMCA’s Shamrock Run on the 14th. The crowd made it hard to keep a good pace, but we had fun. It was nice to see how the others were doing on the program. I’m looking forward to the grocery store tour. I don’t know how much I’ll get to the gym this week because we’re testing a new system and I’ll be working late. I’ll try to fit something in at work (there is a small gym). My boss did say I can go to the late test session sweaty!
