Autum Shingler‑Nace, healthcare executive and advocate, to chair 2026 Southern NJ Go Red for Women campaign
Cinnaminson, N.J., July 15, 2026 — The American Heart Association is proud to announce Autum Shingler‑Nace, D.N.P., RN, M.B.A., NE‑BC, FACHE, as the 2026 chair of the Southern New Jersey Go Red for Women Campaign. Shingler‑Nace serves as chief nursing officer at Cooper University Health Care, where she is a respected leader focused on advancing high quality, patient-centered health care and the nursing profession. In her role as chair, she will help lead efforts to raise awareness and critical funds to combat cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death among women.
The Go Red for Women movement is dedicated to increasing women’s heart health awareness, driving action to save lives and addressing the unique risks women face through research, education and community impact.
“As the mother of four daughters, I am deeply invested in the future of women’s health. Having faced my own journey with cardiac arrhythmias, I understand firsthand that heart disease and heart conditions can affect any woman, at any age,” said Shingler‑Nace. “The American Heart Association and Go Red for Women’s mission is incredibly meaningful to me because it combines awareness, education, research and hope—empowering women to take charge of their heart health and helping save lives for generations to come.”
The 2026 Southern New Jersey Go Red for Women Experience, taking place October 15, 2026, at The Merion in Cinnaminson, will bring together community leaders, healthcare professionals, survivors and advocates for an inspiring day focused on education, connection and purpose— all in support of the Heart Association’s lifesaving mission.
“As an individual working in healthcare, I see every day how education and early intervention can change outcomes,” Shingler‑Nace added. “I’m honored to serve as chair and to work alongside this community to advance heart health for all women in Southern New Jersey.”
