Prudential Center “Glows” Red in Boston

In celebration of the 11th National Wear Red Day, the Prudential Center illuminated red on Friday, February 7th to support the GO RED movement across America and shine a light—quite literally—on the No. 1 killer of women—heart disease.

On National Wear Red Day, Friday, February 7th, the American Heart Association and its Go Red For Women movement urged everyone to support the fight against heart disease in women by wearing red.  Employees at dozens of statewide companies, news anchors and thousands of people wore red to support the cause in Massachusetts. Additional landmarks including the Zakim Bridge and Basketball Hall of Fame also shined red.
