Keeping track


The nutrition class was a nice session. As a result, I am going to keep track of what I am eating. I am having a hard time with being lactose intolerant. I also mentioned that lettuce and some other veggies irritate my stomach. I will be seeing a doctor for a colonoscopy  sometime in April. I will mention this again. I think keeping track of what I am eating is a good idea. Let’s see what happens. I have put on a little weight since exercising.
