Men and women from across Long Island will be getting all of their red outfits and accessories ready for the American Heart Association’s 17th Annual Long Island Go Red For Women Luncheon. Heart disease and stroke are the No. 1 and No. 5 killers of Long Island women. For more than a decade, women have been fighting heart disease individually and together as part of the Go Red For Women movement.
