The Thursday morning unveiling of an American Heart Association Hands-Only CPR training kiosk at Boston’s Museum of Science was featured on 7News Boston, NBC Boston and NECN, with coverage airing on Thursday, February 20, and continuing into Friday, February 21.
Sponsored by Johnson & Johnson MedTech, the interactive kiosk provides museum visitors with a fun and easy way to learn and practice Hands-Only CPR. By offering real-time feedback on chest compressions, it helps build confidence in performing this lifesaving skill.
The media coverage highlights the importance of making CPR training more accessible. With more than 350,000 cardiac arrests occurring outside of hospitals each year, equipping bystanders with the knowledge to take action can make a lifesaving difference. The kiosk, which will be located in the museum’s Hall of Human Life, will be available for the next three years, giving visitors the opportunity to learn this critical skill.
A special thanks to 7News Boston, NBC Boston and NECN for helping raise awareness about Hands-Only CPR and this new resource for the community.
