Why do I care about NYC’s sodium warning label?

If there are more than 2300 mg (about 1 tsp.) of sodium in a dish in a New York City chain restaurant, you will soon see a little icon with a salt shaker inside a triangle. The AHA recommends limiting sodium to 1500 mg per day. Why? Learn about the ill effects of too much sodium here.
